Steps to Make Sesame Mini Cakes
Soften the butter at room temperature and mix with powdered sugar using a spatula.
Use a mixer to mix well.
Add egg yolk in batches and mix quickly. Then add fresh milk and continue to mix quickly until well blended.
Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder.
Use a spatula to mix into a batter.
Then add almond powder, black and white sesame seeds separately.
Gently mix into a batter in an irregular direction.
