Detailed Steps for Cooking Sesame Sauce Mixed Scissors Noodles
Knead the dough in three parts, starting with the light-colored one.
If you don’t have kale powder, you can use spinach powder instead and add some water to make the dough.
The three-colored dough is ready.
The side dishes are also ready, and you can use any vegetables you like.
Knead the dough into a long oval shape, and use scissors to cut it into small pieces. When cutting, sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking.
Cut all three colors.
Boil water in a pot, add some sesame oil to prevent the noodles from sticking.
Put the noodles in and cook until done.
Add vegetables to the boiling water (any vegetables will do, I used cherry tomatoes and spinach here).
Take out the noodles, mix them with sesame sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and soy sauce with kelp while they are still hot, and enjoy!
Also, I made a bowl of soup noodles.
