Steps to Make Sha Cha Beef and Egg Fried Rice
Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry the rice and add eggs. Add a little soy sauce for color. If you like it dry, stir-fry it for a longer time and then remove from heat.
Stir-fry the onion until it changes color, then add the marinated beef.
If you like it dry, you can skip this step. Mix cornstarch (5g), a small amount of soy sauce, salt, and water to make the sauce.
Finally, pour the fried rice into the beef mixture and stir-fry evenly. Then remove from heat.
