Main Ingredients:
Potatoes: 300g; Flour: Appropriate amount.

Five Spice Powder: Appropriate amount; Salt: Appropriate amount; Scallions: Half a stalk; Garlic: 2 cloves.
Taste: Salty and fragrant; Cooking Method: Stir-fry; Time: Half an hour; Difficulty: Ordinary.
Steps for Cooking Shaanxi Potato Shreds
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips using a vegetable shredder.
Then sprinkle flour directly on the potatoes, making sure the flour covers the potatoes. Add five spice powder, salt, and more flour until the mixture becomes dry and crispy. Separate the potato shreds one by one.
Steam the potatoes in a steamer for ten minutes.
After steaming, spread the potato shreds out to cool.
Heat oil in a wok, add scallions and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the steamed potato shreds and stir-fry for a few minutes. Serve hot. Although I decided to make this dish on a whim and didn’t have many additional ingredients for color coordination, the taste was still good.
