Main Ingredients:

Detailed Steps for Making Sheng Gun Chicken Congee
Separate the white and green parts of the green onion, chop them finely, cut the ginger into thin shreds, bone and cut the chicken leg into strips, marinate with 1/3 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp white wine, then add 1 tsp cornstarch and mix well;
Put the white congee in a small pot, bring to a boil, add the chicken, spread it out, and boil over medium-high heat;
Add the white part of the green onion and ginger shreds, stir briefly;
Add 1/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper;
Add 1 tsp sesame oil, mix well;
Pour the congee into a bowl, sprinkle with the green part of the green onion, and it’s ready to serve.
