Steps for Cooking Shiitake Mushroom and Lean Pork Soup
Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Soak them in cold water with a little salt added.
Cut the lean pork into slices and add 1 tsp of cornstarch.
Add 3/1 tsp of ground pepper and 3/1 tsp of chicken bouillon.
Mix 1 tsp of light soy sauce and 1 tsp of cooking wine, marinate for 20 minutes.
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot.
After the water boils, add the marinated pork slices and bring to a boil over high heat.
Remove the shiitake mushrooms and drain the water.
Add the shiitake mushrooms to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Season with an appropriate amount of salt and serve.
