Prepare the ingredients.
Cut off the root of the shiitake mushrooms, leaving about one centimeter, and cut the rest into three sections. Soak them in water and set aside.
Wash the lean pork and slice it. Marinate it with potato starch and soy sauce. Wash the ginger and smash it with a knife.
Boil a large bowl of water in a pot, add ginger, half a tablespoon of cooking oil, and the soaked shiitake mushrooms. Cover the pot and cook for five minutes.
