Shiitake Mushroom Omelette Cooking Steps
Finely chop the spring onions and shiitake mushrooms (blanch the shiitake mushrooms in water first).
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Pour the chopped spring onions and shiitake mushrooms into the beaten eggs.
Continue adding flour to the egg mixture. Add flour gradually while stirring to prevent lumps. Stir until a batter forms.
Heat a pan, brush with oil, pour a small amount of batter, and pan-fry over low heat.
Flip and fry the other side once the first side is cooked.
Remove from the pan and plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
Layer two to three pancakes on top of each other and roll them up one by one.
Continue rolling until a tube shape is formed.
