Steps to Cook Shiitake Mushroom with Canola
Prepare the ingredients. Wash the canola thoroughly and set aside.
Slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté chopped scallions until fragrant.
Add the canola, a pinch of salt, stir-fry until cooked, then remove from heat.
Heat oil in a wok until moderately hot, add the shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry, then add salt, soy sauce, sugar, stir-fry until cooked, finally add the cooked canola and stir-fry evenly.
