Steps to Cook Shiitake Mushroom with Canola
Start by washing the canola thoroughly.
Clean the shiitake mushrooms and soak them in warm water.
Wash the pork.
Slice the pork thinly.
Blanch the canola in hot water.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly and blanch them in hot water.
Slice the scallion, ginger, and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork slices until they turn white.
Add the scallion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add cooking wine and soy sauce.
Add the canola and stir-fry.
Season with salt and MSG.
Transfer to a plate and it’s ready to serve.
