Steps to Cook Shiitake Mushroom with Canola
Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms, wash and cut with a flower knife.
Remove the roots of canola, wash, blanch in boiling water, remove and arrange on a plate. (Add a spoon of salt and a few drops of oil in the boiling water to enhance the flavor)
Heat the wok, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry, add a spoon of water, oyster sauce, a little salt, simmer until shiitake mushrooms are cooked through.
Thicken the sauce in the shiitake mushrooms with a little water starch. Remove from heat, add to the canola, pour the sauce over the canola and shiitake mushrooms.
