Steps to Make Shrimp and Baby Bok Choy Soup
Wash the baby bok choy, cut it vertically, and soak it in salt water.
Wash the shrimp and soak them in warm water for a few minutes.
After the water in the pot boils, add the soaked shrimp (including the water) to the pot.
Add the baby bok choy and an appropriate amount of seasonings or broth, cover the pot.
Cook until the baby bok choy becomes soft, then remove from heat.
