Steps for making Shrimp and Chicken Stir Fry
Cut the chicken thighs into chunks, add salt, white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and cornstarch, and mix well.
In a bowl, mix sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, soy sauce, and water starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add chicken and stir fry until it changes color.
