Steps to Make Shrimp and Mango Rolls
Prepare the ingredients
Wash the ingredients, cut the mango into thin strips, and cut the cucumber and red bell pepper into thin shreds. Cook the shrimp and remove the shells.
Soak the Vietnamese spring roll wrappers in warm water until soft. The water temperature should be comfortable to the touch.
Place all the ingredients on the spring roll wrapper and roll it up.
