Steps to cook Shrimp and Tofu
Prepare frozen South American white shrimp.
Remove the shells and veins from the shrimp, wash them clean, put them in a plate, add a little cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for a while.
Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.
Cook the peas and set aside.
Shred the ginger and set aside.
Prepare the starch water and set aside.
Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry the marinated shrimp until golden brown, add shredded ginger, then pour in the tofu and peas, stir-fry for a few seconds, add a little salt, soy sauce, white pepper powder, and a little water to boil, then pour in the starch water.
Slowly stew for about three minutes, then turn up the heat to thicken the sauce and serve.
Plate and serve.
