Steps to Cook Shrimp and Vegetable Cake
Put shrimp into a food processor.
Add a bowl of rice.
Blend for 8 seconds.
Cut the carrot into small cubes.
Cut the cabbage into small cubes.
Add salt and pepper to the shrimp mixture.
Add scallions, carrot cubes, cabbage cubes, and one beaten egg to the mixture. Stir well.
