Shrimp: 5 pieces; Vegetables: 3 pieces; Chopped green onions: 5g.

Shrimp and Vegetable Congee Cooking Steps
First, prepare the ingredients. I used five shrimp without heads.
Chop ginger and vegetables into small pieces for later use. (You can chop them however you like.)
Prepare plain congee. (Since I am eating alone, I cooked extra plain congee. I will take out a portion to add various ingredients for cooking. The remaining congee can be used to cook other types of congee with different ingredients.)
Since my plain congee is quite thick, I will add some hot water to it. Once the congee boils, add ginger, shrimp, and vegetables. Cook for about two minutes, add some salt, and then it’s ready to serve. Finally, you can garnish with chopped green onions according to personal preference.
