Steps to Make Shrimp and Vegetable Pancake
Wash and peel 350g of shrimp, and remove the shells and veins.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of fresh chicken broth, and 1 teaspoon of pepper to marinate the shrimp for a while.
Grate 1 potato into shreds, and then cut it a few times with a knife.
