Detailed Steps for Making Shrimp Powder
Take out the purchased dried shrimp and thaw.
Rinse the dried shrimp with clean water three times, or more, to reduce the salty taste.
After rinsing, squeeze out excess water, spread on a baking tray, and bake at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until the dried shrimp crumbles when pressed.
Once baked, put the dried shrimp in a food processor or a soy milk maker.
Grind the dried shrimp into powder, sift, and store in a container.
