Steps to Cook Shrimp, Radish and Tofu Soup
Peel and shred the white radish. The finer the better, you can use a grater.
Cut the tofu into strips, shred the ginger, and chop the cilantro.
Mix flour with a little water to make a thin batter and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add shredded ginger and stir-fry.
Add shredded radish and stir-fry until the radish becomes translucent.
Add enough water, shrimp and tofu and boil for a few minutes.
Slowly pour in the flour batter, boil again, add salt to taste, and add chopped cilantro.
Stir well, add pepper according to your taste, and a few drops of sesame oil, and it’s ready to serve.
