Detailed Steps for Shrimp Stir-Fried with Oatmeal
Heat up some oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat.
Stir-fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Stir-fry until the oatmeal turns slightly yellow, remove and set aside.
Clean the shrimp.
