Steps for Cooking Shui Bao Du
Cut the tripe into pieces like this.
Mix the sesame paste with warm water.
Stir it a little bit.
Add Chinese chive flower sauce and a little bit of fermented bean curd.
Mix well.
Wash and cut cilantro into sections, and use it as a base.
Boil the tripe in boiling water for eight seconds, and then remove it from the pot.
Remove and drain the water from the tripe.
