Slice the pork and place it in a bowl.
Marinate the pork slices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch for ten minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add Pixian Doubanjiang and hot pot base, stir-fry until the oil turns red.
Add sliced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add light soy sauce and stir-fry.
Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
Add your favorite vegetables.
Cook until done and remove from heat.
Remove the cooked vegetables and place them in a bowl.
Remove the residue, add the marinated pork slices, and stir with chopsticks.
Add a spoon of vinegar, cook the pork slices until done, and remove from heat.
