Steps to Make Simple and Delicious Coconut Milk Pudding
Soak the gelatin in cold water.
Put the granulated sugar in a pot and add the milk.
Heat the milk and sugar over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add the softened gelatin to the milk and stir until it dissolves.
After the gelatin dissolves, turn off the heat and add the coconut milk. Stir well.
Add the whipping cream and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate until it solidifies, usually for at least 4 hours.
After taking it out, blow dry the edges, invert the container to remove the pudding, cut it into small pieces, and coat it with coconut flakes.
