Simple Recipe for Regular Milk Tea and Ying Yang Milk Tea~ Cooking Steps
Preheat the cup with hot water, steep two tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes, it must be two bags! Two bags of tea are just right, one bag will result in very little tea flavor. The author used Yorkshire tea, but regular black tea should work too if Yorkshire tea is not available.
Add two spoons of milk powder, if using fresh milk, the ratio of milk to tea is approximately 4:6 or 5:5, depending on whether you prefer a stronger milk flavor or tea flavor.
Final step: For regular milk tea, add half a spoon of sugar and it’s done! For Ying Yang milk tea, add a spoon of coffee, stir well, and it’s ready!
