Detailed Steps for Making Simple Stir-Fry
Prepare: 2 cloves of garlic, 2 eggs, carrots cut into parallelograms, dried wood ear mushrooms soaked overnight, and celery cut into small pieces.
Slice the garlic. Beat the eggs with a little salt. Blanch the celery for about ten seconds and cool. Blanch the carrots for a few seconds and cool. After blanching the wood ear mushrooms, cool them. Remember to add a little salt and oil in the pan to ensure the vegetables are vibrant in color.
Stir-fry the eggs first, then set aside.
