Ingredients Needed: Soft Tofu, Minced Meat, Shiitake Mushroom, Black Fungus, Golden Needles, Coriander, Scallion.
Soak the Shiitake Mushroom, Black Fungus, and Golden Needles in advance (I used dried ones), wash and chop them, and chop the scallion.
Stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, spray some cooking wine, and stir-fry with chopped scallion until fragrant.

Add thirteen spices.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
