Prepare all the ingredients. If using small apples, use 2 instead of 1.
Soak the gelatin powder in 20ml of milk.
Heat the remaining milk and add 20g of sugar. Heat on low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Pour the heated milk mixture into the gelatin powder that has been soaked in milk.
Wash and peel the apple, remove the core, and cut into small pieces.
Take half of the apple pieces and mix with the cream using a blender to make a thin paste.
Pour the apple cream mixture into the cooled milk and gelatin mixture.
Mix well and pour into a mold. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Add the remaining half of the apple pieces, 10g of sugar, and a little water to make apple sauce.
