Pour fresh milk into a small pot, heat until warm, then add sugar and gelatin powder.
Add coconut milk and fresh cream, stir in the same direction over low heat.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined, the mixture thickens, then remove from heat and let cool.
Line a bento box with plastic wrap. (To facilitate removal from the bento box)
Strain the cooled snow cake mixture into the bento box, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Remove from the mold, discard the plastic wrap, and cut into square pieces of desired size.
