Detailed Steps for Snow Pear and Bird’s Nest Soup with Rock Sugar
Soak the bird’s nest in advance, preferably in the refrigerator, to minimize nutrient loss. Soak for one day or more than two hours. I bought clean bird’s nest from Thailand, so I just need to wash it.
Peel and wash the snow pear, cut it into small pieces, remove the core and only keep the flesh, put it in the stewing cup, tear the bird’s nest and put it in, add rock sugar, and then add water! Stew for more than 30 minutes.
I stewed it for an hour and this is the finished product.
