Peel and clean the snow pear, cut off the top 1/4 of the pear.
Use a small spoon to scoop out the center of the pear and place the scooped out pear in a bowl.
Place the soaked and cleaned bird’s nest in the prepared pear cup, add some purified water, and cover the pear top.
Place the pear cup and bowl in a steamer, stew over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from heat, add rock sugar and sprinkle with cleaned wolfberries.
