Prepare various ingredients and weigh them. Mix dried cranberries, roasted peanuts, and biscuits in a large bowl and set aside. Turn on the gas stove, put the butter in the Joyoung non-stick pan, and slowly melt it over low heat while flipping it with a spatula.
After all the butter has melted, add the marshmallows and stir-fry continuously.
Keep stir-frying until the marshmallows are completely melted, then turn off the heat and add the milk powder. Quickly stir until completely mixed (if you like matcha or cocoa flavor, you can reduce the amount of milk powder and replace it with 3g~5g matcha powder or cocoa powder).
Add dried cranberries, roasted peanuts, and biscuits, and quickly stir-fry until evenly mixed with a spatula.
Pour the mixed ingredients into a nougat square container, wear gloves, flatten and press firmly (if you don’t have this container, you can use a non-stick pan instead).
Sprinkle a layer of milk powder on the surface, demold.
Cool and cut into strips and then into pieces, and finally pack them in a bag.
