Prepare and measure all ingredients.
Preheat the electric pressure cooker and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the marshmallows.
Use a spatula to continuously stir and melt the marshmallows.
Pour in 2/3 of the milk powder and mix well.
Quickly stir well, then turn off the heat (power).
Quickly pour in the biscuits, walnuts, and cranberries, and mix quickly.
Pour into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, wear gloves to shape while hot, and sprinkle the remaining one-third of milk powder on top.
Allow to cool completely, then cut into desired size pieces with a serrated knife.
