Ingredients: 150g glutinous rice flour, 100g milk, 30g granulated sugar, 30g blended oil, 1 egg, 9g baking soda.
Pour granulated sugar and milk into a large bowl.
Add the egg.
Pour in the blended oil and use an egg beater to mix them evenly until the milk and oil are not separated.
Sift in the glutinous rice flour and baking soda and mix well (without lumps).
Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, and bake it on the middle and upper levels for 20 minutes.
When it turns golden brown, switch to 150 degrees Celsius on the upper level and 130 degrees Celsius on the lower level, and bake for another 15 minutes.
