Steps to make Soda Biscuits
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix the milk and corn oil together.
Add baking soda, yeast powder, salt, flour, and starch. Stir well.
Knead the dough and let it rest for about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a sheet.
Spread a layer of corn oil on top.
Fold the dough in half.
Then fold it vertically.
Roll out the dough into a sheet that is 1cm thick.
Cut out the biscuits with a heart-shaped mold.
Poke holes in the biscuits with a fork.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
