Prepare the Ingredients
Put egg yolks into 30g sugar, mix well to dissolve the sugar, then pour in the whipping cream and continue mixing well
Soak the Job’s tears for 3-5 hours, then put them in a soy milk maker and blend into a paste
After blending, sift to make the Job’s tears paste smoother
Place the sifted Job’s tears paste in a small pot (the soy milk maker has finished cooking), then pour in the mixture from the second step
After stirring well, small bubbles will form and the mixture will thicken, then turn off the heat
Sift 1-2 more times to make the texture smoother and silkier, then add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well
Take a baking pan larger than a pudding mold, pour hot water into the baking pan to about 1/3 the height of the pudding mold, preheat the oven to 160°C
