Detailed Steps to Make Sour and Spicy Noodles
Cut the tofu skin into segments, tear the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, wash the lettuce, and finely chop the spring onions and ginger.
Cook the shiitake mushrooms until done, then wash and drain.
Cook the noodles and lettuce.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, Chinese five-spice powder, and stir-fry the hot dogs over low heat.
