Steps for Cooking Sour Cabbage and Pork Oil Steamed Dumplings
Wash and chop the sour cabbage, mix with chopped green onion and ginger
Add filling seasoning
Add pork oil (soak in warm water beforehand, cut into small pieces after draining), soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, and mix well
Add cooking oil and mix well
