Detailed Steps for Cooking Sour Soup Chicken
First, prepare the ingredients by cutting the chicken into pieces, washing the tomato and mushrooms. It is recommended to buy Guizhou sour soup seasoning to save time.
Cut all ingredients into pieces and set aside.
Blanch the chicken to remove blood, drain, or you can choose to stir-fry.
Heat oil, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add chili, tomato, a small bowl of water, cover and simmer for about three minutes, then add 200ml of sour soup seasoning.
