Steps for cooking Sourdough Toast with Yogurt
Crack two eggs into a bowl and set aside one egg yolk.
Mix yogurt, cornstarch, and eggs together.
These are slices of purple sweet potato toast that I made myself. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press the toast slices down with a spoon.
Spoon the prepared yogurt and egg mixture onto the toast slices.
Finally, add the egg yolk mixture and sprinkle with almond slices.
Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake for fifteen minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Serve with your favorite fruits.
