Detailed Steps for Cooking Soybean Pumpkin Congee
Soak the soybeans in advance.
Wash the broken rice, add a little salt and olive oil, marinate for at least half an hour.
Put the marinated broken rice into a pressure cooker.
Then add the soybeans and pumpkin.
Add about half a pot of water, bring to a boil over high heat for about half an hour, then simmer for about ten minutes before turning off the heat.
