Spaghetti Cooking Steps
Forgot to take a picture of the ground beef…
Set aside two small onion rings for decoration, dice half an onion and half a tomato, and mince the garlic.
Cook the spaghetti: Once the water boils, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and 3g of salt (to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together). Blanch the broccoli for decoration. Cook the spaghetti for about 10 minutes (the thickness of the spaghetti determines the cooking time, I used No. 5 spaghetti).
Once the spaghetti is cooked, rinse it with cold water, drain, and set aside (I personally find that rinsing with cold water makes the spaghetti smooth and chewy). However, room temperature water is also fine.
Mix water, tomato sauce, black pepper, salt, and sugar to make a sauce.
Heat the pan with oil, add the ground beef, garlic, onion, and tomato, and stir-fry.
Once the ground beef changes color, add the sauce and bring to a boil.
After boiling, add the spaghetti and stir-fry until the spaghetti absorbs the sauce completely. Then, plate the dish.
Plate the dish and garnish with various vegetables according to your preference. A delicious and colorful spaghetti is ready to be served. This may not be the authentic way to make spaghetti, but it’s really delicious!
