Spanish Churros – Xina Cooking Steps
Bring water to a boil
Pour hot water into the flour
Add olive oil and a pinch of salt, continue to mix well
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag
Heat oil to 170 degrees, pipe out a certain length with the piping bag, cut with scissors and place in the pot. The piping bag tip should have stripes as shown in the picture.
Fry until golden brown.
Place the fried churros on kitchen paper towels to absorb excess oil, sprinkle with sugar on top or melt 50g of chocolate with 50ml of cream to make chocolate cream sauce for dipping.
