Prepare one beef shank, scallions, ginger, and garlic.
Clean the beef shank and cut it into two pieces along the fascia.
Prepare 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and star anise.
Add the required ingredients to the electric pressure cooker with an appropriate amount of water.
Cook in the electric pressure cooker for half an hour, then turn off the heat and let it marinate overnight.
Slice and serve.
