Detailed Steps for Cooking Spicy Fried Fish Fillet
Prepare ingredients, coating flour, dried chili, and take the frozen fish fillet out of the refrigerator to thaw at room temperature.
Drain the cleaned fish fillet, add oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, ginger powder, and chili powder, mix well.
Marinate the fish fillet, the color looks beautiful, then evenly coat it with the coating flour.
This is the fish fillet coated with flour, pick it up with chopsticks, the flour stays on well, evenly covering the fillet.
Heat the pan, add oil, when the oil temperature reaches around 180 degrees, add the coated fish fillet with chopsticks, gently rotate it to prevent sticking together. Reduce to medium heat and continue frying.
