Detailed Steps for Cooking Spicy Minced Pork with Tofu in Chili Oil

Finely chop green onion, ginger, and garlic

Soak the tender tofu in salted water overnight

Cut into small pieces

Finely chop the lean minced pork and mix with egg white, oyster sauce, and cornstarch

Finely chop the Pixian Douban

Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the Pixian Douban over low heat until chili oil is produced

Add the chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant

Add the minced pork and chili oil

Stir-fry until partially cooked

Pour in hot water

Gently shake in the tofu pieces

Simmer until the sauce thickens, add chicken bouillon, gently mix, and remove from heat
