Detailed Steps for Cooking Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken Stomach
Cut the chicken stomach into slices, wash thoroughly with salt and vinegar water, rinse several times.
Drain and set aside.
Blanch the chicken stomach in cold water.
Prepare a portion of cooking spices: Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, dried chili peppers, and ginger slices.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the cooking spices, then add the blanched chicken stomach.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
