Detailed Steps for Cooking Spicy Stir-Fried Snails
Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture, the spring onion was missed in the image;
Rinse the snails thoroughly with water, clean the other ingredients, slice the green and red chili peppers into rings, slice the fresh ginger into oval-shaped pieces, slice the garlic, and cut the spring onion into small pieces;
Heat a wok, add some oil when the wok is hot, fry the Sichuan peppercorns for a few seconds and then remove them;
