Spiderman Cake Cooking Steps
One 6-inch plain chiffon cake base.
Whip the whipped cream with sugar.
Divide the cake into three layers, take one layer, spread the whipped cream, and top with mango cubes.
Spread another layer of cream, smooth it out, and cover with mango cubes.
Place the second cake layer on top, spread cream, add another layer of mango cubes, then cover with cream, and place the third cake layer on top; cover the cake surface with cream and smooth it out.
Take a bit of whipped cream, add a little blue food coloring, mix well, and irregularly spread it on the sides and top of the cake with a small spatula.
Smooth out the cake surface.
Melt black chocolate and whipped cream in a 1:1 ratio over a water bath, stir well to make chocolate ganache. Fill the ganache into a disposable piping bag, cut a small tip at the front, and draw a spider web on the cake surface.
For the Spiderman decoration base (rinse with hot water and dry; or disinfect with alcohol), squeeze some whipped cream underneath, place it in the middle of the cake, and decorate the rest as desired. Your cool Spiderman cake is ready.
