Detailed Steps for Cooking Spinach Cat Ears
Blanch the spinach and blend it in a food processor, then filter the juice.
Mix the flour and salt, and then add the spinach juice to make a smooth and slightly hard dough (first mix the flour into a dough, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then knead the dough, repeating this process several times to make the dough easier to knead).
Roll the dough into a sheet about 4mm thick.
Cut the sheet into small squares.
Place a small piece of dough on a sushi mat, press down with the outside of your thumb on the mat, and roll the dough forward to make a roll. Gently roll it up from one side to form the shape of a cat’s ear.
The finished cat ears are small and cute, resembling the shape of a cat’s ear.
